Hiya, I am Jeese J E Richardson.
I created Scouted By JR to scout, develop and place the freshest talent in the industry. With modelling experience myself, I decided to take this first-hand knowledge to create a Mother Agency with a difference.
With the desire to be a friendly, personable face in the industry, Scouted By JR prides itself in creating a supportive community to harness the potential of all aspiring members to help them reach their goals. With experience working with a number of agencies and brands, Scouted By JR has been able to secure and develop positive working relationships within the industry to benefit models and talent long-term.

A mother agent is there to support and protect the model, providing guidance and invaluable advice. A mother agent always has the model’s and talent’s best interests at heart and works to advance the model’s career in the best way possible. With a large network of industry connections, which is constantly growing, ScoutedByJR tries to place each model with the agency best suited to them as an individual.
